“[T]he America once extolled as the voice of liberty heard around the world no longer is cast in the image which Jefferson and Madison designed, but more in the Russian image.” —The Supreme Court, Laird v. Tatum, 408 U.S. 1 (1972)
THE RED AMENDMENT ~ 2007 Edition
Filled with twice the content of the 2001 Edition, the Regular and Deluxe 2007 editions of the Red Amendment now include thorough explanations of American “state nationality” as opposed to the inaccurate description of American nationality in vogue today. These are critical improvements to the books because they reinforce and amplify the ability of an American to assert his natural rights.
Distinguishing between state nationality and the inaccurate United States nationality and how this effectively reinstates lawful state sovereignty as well as state power. This new edition contains the information that Americans need to effectively reject the legal strategies of the current de facto Republic. Through clearly outlining how the law of the Union is intended to work, this book provides the legal principle that justifies an American’s rejection of the current situation within the United States. The 2007 versions, Regular and Deluxe, expands and clarify the explanation of problems created for the states by the infamous Fourteenth Amendment. Regular and Deluxe versions of the Red Amendment include the essay entitled "No Treason" by Lysander Spooner.
BONUS MATERIAL: Through a more detailed explanation of the term “citizen of the United States” as it is employed in Section 2 of the 14th Amendment, the author explains how this definition is used by the insurgent political group referred to as "The Establishment" to suppress, persecute and control Americans.
DELUXE EDITION: In addition to the content of the regular edition, the deluxe version of the 2007 Edition of The Red Amendment also contains Five Law Reviews from law schools around the Union. A must for understanding the true plot of the 14th Amendment.
